Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
– Devise and execute strategic sales plans to optimise profits and turnover.
– Identify target markets and customer segments, tailoring strategies to effectively address their needs.
– Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and seize opportunities.
– Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent sales growth.
– Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
– Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments for improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degrees.
– Proficiency in designing and executing successful sales strategies and KPIs.
– Previous experience in digital printing or production, and display & signs (indoor & outdoor)
– Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through effective team management.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate creative solutions to sales challenges.
– Customer-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
