Job Description

A renowned Lebanese F&B industry located in North Lebanon is looking for a  Senior Training & Development Specialist.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the F&B industry
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Facilitate training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health standards
  • Collaborate with managers to align training programs with organizational goals
  • Utilize e-learning platforms and other technology to deliver training content
  • Create training materials, manuals, and guides specific to the F&B industry
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers and staff
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve training programs

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
  • Masters Degree is a plus
  • Over 10 years of experience
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Experience in an F&B industry is a plus
