A Wholesale Building Materials Company is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team.
You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and will be pitching high-quality flooring, wall, and ceilings solutions to engineers, architects, contractors, and interior designers. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to demonstrate product benefits.

- Maintain and grow relationships with an existing database of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.

- Submit end-of-day sales reports detailing client interactions, sales progress, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for outdoor sales experience.
- Background in interior design is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Presentable, smart, and professional appearance.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
