An International Lighting Manufacturing Company headquartered in USA with offices in Cyprus, KSA, UAE and Lebanon is hiring an Operations Manager to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.
Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the production, quality control, and supply chain processes within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations, meeting production goals, maintaining high product standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Develop and implement production schedules and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee procurement and inventory management of raw materials and components.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times and costs.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across different departments.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety programs and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- 7- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Industrial field.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
- Fluency in English and good communication skills.
