A leading Lebanese Sweets brand just landed in Dubai and are looking for a Branch Manager in Dubai Mall.

 

Company Overview: 

 

A leading Lebanese brand that specializes in oriental sweets with Arab and gulf presence that has won the heart of many for generations. They are currently expanding and opening a new branch in the heart of Dubai, to serve their delights and spread the Lebanese culinary experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage a team of pastry chefs, bakers, and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all products, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Sales and Marketing: Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure the branch meets its financial targets.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals for staff and regularly evaluate their performance to ensure alignment with branch objectives.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Hospitality Management
  • Proven experience in managing a pastry shop environment is highly desirable.
