A leading Lebanese brand that specializes in oriental sweets with Arab and gulf presence that has won the heart of many for generations. They are currently expanding and opening a new branch in the heart of Dubai, to serve their delights and spread the Lebanese culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Management: Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and take charge in their absence.
- Staff Supervision: Help hire, train, and supervise staff, and provide ongoing support.
- Customer Service: Ensure high service standards and handle customer issues.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory checks.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Sales Support: Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue.
- Financial Assistance: Help manage expenses and daily financial tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and assist in data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management
- Proven experience in managing a pastry shop environment is highly desirable.
