An E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Territory Representative to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Implement long-term and short-term deployments at indirect retail locations
– Provide feedback to Territory Supervisor to achieve targets and improve results
– Develop excellent product knowledge and train retailers on proper messaging
– Coach retailers on customer service best practices and monitor key performance indicators
– Conduct and train retailers on guided product trials and conversion techniques
– Reconcile inventory and track deployments on a weekly basis
– Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and set clear objectives
– Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in assigned territory
– Ensure optimal handling of product portfolio, point-of-sale materials, and after-sales tools
– Master relevant IT systems and provide feedback to stakeholders
– Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance directives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates considered)
– Fluency in Arabic and English (English mandatory)
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Customer service orientation with excellent negotiation abilities
– Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
– Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, F&B, or customer service is preferred but not required
Schedule:
Monday To Friday
9:00 AM until 6:00 PM
Salary:
Basic + Commission + Car + Car allowance + Insurance
