A leading electro-mechanical solution provider in Nigeria is currently hiring a Business Development Manager – Elevators .

 


Job Description

 

Preferred candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and provide technical expertise for elevator solutions.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships to secure elevator projects.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on market insights.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, expanding market share and revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

 


Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 6-8 years in elevator sales, business development, or technical support
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
  • Elevator systems, mechanics, and electronics.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Understanding market trends, competition.
  • Motivate, guide, and support junior sales engineers.
