Job Description
Preferred candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and provide technical expertise for elevator solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships to secure elevator projects.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on market insights.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, expanding market share and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years in elevator sales, business development, or technical support
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
- Elevator systems, mechanics, and electronics.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
