Job Description

An Internet service provider is seeking an ISP Corporate Account Manager to identify and engage potential customers while driving corporate sales growth in alignment with establishes sales policies.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth.
  • Prospect new corporate customers,  promote the company’s services and solutions tailored to business needs, develop proposals, negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.
  • Work on increasing corporate sales according to defined sales policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the technical team to communicate customer’s feedback and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and revenue performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the Internet sector is a must.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Understanding of Internet services and telecommunications technology.
  • Preferably trilingual: Arabic, English and French.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM till 5:00 PM

 

Benefits:

Basic Salary + Commission + Transportation + NSSF + insurance
