Job Description

An established architecture atelier from Kuwait and a renowned European lighting company are merging to open a new Showroom/Architecture Office in Dubai, and is currently seeking a dynamic Lighting Architect – Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales, and design, ensuring the successful growth of our brand in the GCC region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch’s operations, including sales, marketing, and design.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion, including lighting design layout.
  • Communicate with clients, providing information and guidance on designs.
  • Conduct research on materials, equipment, environment, and site conditions tailored to each project.
  • Develop procedural design plans, including weight and height considerations.
  • Ensure high-quality design execution, timely delivery, and proper installation of products.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage and control project progress.
  • Utilize architectural and lighting design software to develop and refine layouts.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Be flexible, capable of handling various responsibilities, and comfortable managing both office duties and client interactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Passion for modern and contemporary architecture and lighting design.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience with architectural and lighting design software.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
