A leading company in the energy industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Electrical Engineer to join their team in Iraq.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing energy projects of various scales, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to environmental protocols throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Oversee projects of various scales and manage the planning, contracting, execution, and commissioning with the engineering team.
- Manage a team of technicians and skilled/unskilled labor.
- Plan and manage the preparation, follow-up, and on-site execution of projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgets; provide detailed updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Monitor the effective implementation of quality, safety, and environmental protocols across all project stages.
- Provide technical support, resolve site issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure projects are completed as per specifications and standards.
- Establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other professionals, and expand networks.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Language: Arabic; English is a plus.
