7 Ways to Recognize a Leader

6- A leader is generous; he shares his knowledge willingly and believes that any success emanates from a team work. He celebrates the output and the process as well. .
7- A leader is a great communicator and a modest person. He knows how to reach a person’s heart and mind. He keeps people’s love and respect through his modesty and respect of others.
