A Fitness House located in Mathaf – Lebanon is looking for a young and driven individual to join their team as a Administration Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greeting and welcoming members and visitors.
– Answering phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
– Providing information about gym facilities, services, and membership options.
– Handling payments, billing, and membership renewals.
– Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
– Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
– Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, gym policies and regulations.
– Stock check-up and bar refill.
– Upselling additional services to members, such as personal training sessions, educational certifications and merchandise.
– Resolving member complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
– Age from: 20 – 30
– Gender: Female
– Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, In2 Platform (Preferable)
– University: Bachelor degree in Business/Management
– Language: English and Arabic
Schedule:
Monday To Friday
12:30 PM till 8:30 PM
Saturday
7:00 AM till 1:00 PM
