Job Description

A Chemical Distribution Company located in Dammam – KSA is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Manage key client relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts.
– Communicate and meet with clients to understand their needs, resolve any issues, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term partnerships.
– Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
– Resolve customer complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
– Monitor sales activities and results. Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and report to the management team.
– Collaborate with other departments internally.

– Follow-up on submitted quotations with clients.
– Daily follow-ups with clients for order processing progress.
– Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
– Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
– Prepare and send daily sales report and weekly schedule visits to management have experience at least 5 years in Chemical industry, or Chemical trading / distribution companies in KSA market
– Good technical understanding of target industry/ market segments

 

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry or chemical trading/distribution within the KSA market.

– Proven experience in managing key client relationships and developing partnerships.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

– Proficient in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

– Experience in internal collaboration and providing product development feedback.

– Knowledge of industry trends, market segments, and competitors.

– Strong organizational skills for reporting and scheduling.

Sunday To Thursday
8:00 AM till 4:30 PM

Salary:

Basic + Commission + Bonuses
