Key Responsibilities:

Support Management: Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and take charge in their absence

Staff Supervision: Help hire, train, and supervise staff, and provide ongoing support

Customer Service: Ensure high service standards and handle customer issues

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory checks

Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality and presentation standards

Sales Support: Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue

Financial Assistance: Help manage expenses and daily financial tasks

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Reporting: Prepare performance reports and assist in data analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or any related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management

Proven experience in managing a pastry shop environment is highly desirable.
