The Multimedia Designer will create high-quality visual content across motion, static, and digital formats for brand and campaign needs.
Responsibilities
Concept Development & Campaign Execution
- Develop original visual concepts, styles, and storyboards for multimedia projects.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual ideas, mood boards, and design explorations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to build concepts that strengthen brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Create design systems, layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for both static and motion outputs.
Multimedia Design & Animation
- Design and execute polished graphic layouts for campaigns, social media, digital ads, product demos, and explainer content.
- Produce visually cohesive deliverables optimized for multiple formats including digital, vertical, broadcast, and OOH.
- Animate and adapt designs to support storytelling and campaign objectives.
Production & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, art directors, copywriters, and editors to ensure visual alignment with broader campaign ideas.
- Adapt master visuals into multiple formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and DOOH placements.
- Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistently high level of quality across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to meet timelines and campaign launch requirements.
- Support additional creative tasks as needed to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or visual communication (agency experience a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design craft, and polished execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to ideate, design, and animate—not just execute existing assets
- Experience with campaigns, brand systems, social-first content, or digital products
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium-quality work
- Solid foundation in design principles: composition, color, typography, and branding
- Skilled across motion, static, and digital media
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player, effective with creative, marketing, and product teams
- Works efficiently in fast-paced environments without compromising quality
