An authentic Lebanese Restaurant located in Bikfaya is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations for smooth functioning
- Manage and organize reservations, and private events.
- Handle customer service, addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Train and develop staff on food and beverages
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management, Hotel Management, F&B or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Food and Beverage Knowledge (including alcohol)
- People Management
