A Building Materials Company is hiring an Assistant Showroom Manager to provide exceptional service to the clients which include contractors, engineers, architects and consumers by showcasing their wide range of interior and exterior building materials, floors, ceilings and parquets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom, providing detailed information about our products and services
- Utilize your background in Interior Design to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients based on their specific projects and needs.
- Handle client inquiries, requests and specifications, including measurements and shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
- Manage all paperwork and administrative tasks associated with each client, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to create presentations, documents and shop drawings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
