A reputable Pharmacy is located in Baabda is seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Advisor with 5+ years of expertise in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work both offline in retail environments and online in e-commerce or social media platforms. This role focuses on providing personalized skincare advice, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Sales (Offline):
- Greet and assist customers in selecting skincare products tailored to their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers about benefits and usage.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Online Support & Sales:
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media.
- Offer personalized product recommendations and guidance through virtual consultations.
- Create engaging online content, including product tutorials and live-stream events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and campaigns.
- Product Knowledge & Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, ingredients, and innovations in skincare.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product range and effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- Operational Duties:
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory and track product stock levels.
- Assist in executing promotional events and campaigns in-store and online.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in beauty, skincare, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma required; additional certifications in skincare or beauty therapy are a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a retail or e-commerce setting.
- Familiarity with online platforms, including social media, e-commerce tools, and live streaming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
