A company specializing in Contracting and Construction Materials, with international projects, located in Metn, Lebanon is looking for an Indoor Sales Representative. They are seeking an energetic and customer-focused person to join its growing construction and building materials division.
The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented, with a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement, and a strong commitment to representing the brand professionally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle in-store sales transactions, including invoicing, cash handling, and receipts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels (WhatsApp and social media).
- Provide accurate information on products, availability, and promotions.
- Manage and follow up on leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Ensure a positive, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in sales or customer service; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
- Comfortable with digital tools and social media.
- Team player with a professional, problem-solving mindset.
- Background in construction or building materials is a plus.
