A leading F&B company is looking for a Branch Manager for their Akkar branch.
Company Overview:
The company is a pioneer in Lebanese sweets, expanding throughout the Middle East. Moreover, it offers authentic Lebanese cuisine alongside traditional sweets across multiple branches. They are hiring a Branch Manager for a branch dedicated for their renowned Lebanese sweets.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient daily operations and compliance with company policies.
- Sales and Customer Service: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in retail or restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to maintain sales targets and manage financials.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and manage complaints effectively.
