A leading electro-mechanical solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships across its key sectors: power generators, cooling solutions, air compressors, elevators and escalators, and electrical infrastructure. The role emphasizes expertise in the power generation industry while leveraging opportunities across all the company’s diverse solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify, target, and secure opportunities in the power generator sector and other areas, including cooling solutions, air compressors, elevators, and electrical infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to foster business growth.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges across relevant industries.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and presentations that highlight tailored solutions for clients across sectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions aligned with client requirements, especially in power generation and other electro-mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure their professional growth and contribution to the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields.
- A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the electro- mechanical sector, with a strong focus on power generators.
- Familiarity with cooling solutions, air compressors, elevators, escalators, and electrical infrastructure systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding of power generation and electro-mechanical systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills for market research and strategic planning.
