A leading electro-mechanical solution provider in Nigeria is currently hiring a Business Development Manager – MEP


Job Description

 

Preferred candidate Will be responsible to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new opportunities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure lucrative MEP projects, strategic partnerships, and key clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Foster enduring relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Expertly manage client expectations, concerns, and feedback.
  • Draw up compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations showcasing MEP solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Design and implement targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to develop tailored MEP solutions.
  • Solution Development: Provide expert input on MEP project design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Client Management: Manage client expectations, concerns, and feedback

 


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years years in MEP business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Technical Knowledge of MEP systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Understanding market trends, competition.
  • Motivate, guide, and support junior team members.
