Position Overview:
A Chef De Partie with experience in Lebanese Food, specifically the Hot Section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking hot Lebanese dishes.
- Helping the senior chefs with kitchen tasks.
- Ensuring dishes taste good and look presentable.
- Keeping an eye on ingredient levels.
Education and Experience
- Culinary school certificate or Diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Lebanese kitchen
- Previous experience in the hot section
