A Market Intelligence company specializing in the Aerospace, Defense & Security industry of the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive join their team in Broummana -Lebanon.

They are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute their digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving online conversions, generating B2B sales leads, and maximizing the impact of their email and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills, a marketing background, and the ability to mentor and support junior team members. 

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement 1–2 targeted digital marketing campaigns per month aimed at lead generation and online conversion.
    • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns including content newsletters and product updates.
    • Segment mailing lists and track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage company presence primarily on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
    • Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content.
    • Monitor engagement, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
    • Develop strategies that convert existing leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Team Support & Mentorship:
    • Guide and mentor an intern already on-boarded to support digital marketing initiatives.
    • Share best practices, tools, and feedback to help develop junior talent.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • A background or interest in Political Science, International Affairs, or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and social media.
    • B2B marketing experience is essential.
    • Understanding of how to nurture and convert existing leads into sales opportunities.
    • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
    • Basic analytics and performance tracking knowledge (email KPIs, social engagement metrics).
    • Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
