Our client is a leading international insurance and risk-management group with a strong presence across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The company specializes in corporate health, life, and protection solutions, supporting multinational clients through regional offices and specialized teams. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen their regional financial operations and support strategic growth.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare regional financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow forecasts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to the Group Financial Controller.

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, financial regulations, and group policies.

  • Coordinate audits (internal and external) and maintain adequate internal controls.

  • Manage tax planning and legal obligations within the region.

  • Monitor and analyze operating expenses and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with entities and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and cost management.

  • Control cash-flow management and working capital requirements.

  • Analyze key financial indicators and provide recommendations to management to support decision-making.

  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the group’s financial objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA / CMA / ACCA required.

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in a regional financial management role, ideally within a large international group.

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.

  • Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Africa.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
