Luxurious fashion designer based in Lebanon is looking for E-commerce Manager to handle the below.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and uplift the image of the brand in general.
- Develop and implement a concrete, crisp marketing strategy that is specific to the fashion industry and based on leading practices for B to B and B to C sections of the business.
- Communicate with international stores to organize events/trunk shows.
- Collaborate with PR agencies and Press (dressing celebrities, press releases…).
- Improve and manage company branding, increase client engagement and communications..
- Develop customer satisfaction and service after sales strategies
- Maintain the content, flow and look/feel of the website by working closely with the graphic designer and website developer.
- Conceptualize and implement the paid and organic social media communications including the key word research, hashtags by working closely with sales and the digital agency that runs the ads..
- Analyze Keywords, KPIs and Metrics of competitors.
- Build and utilize advanced campaign reporting to derive actionable insights and learnings to apply across channels.
- Prepare and present weekly reports and analyze with the team KPIs such as Customer acquisition cost,.
- Sales conversion rate, pages visited, Landing pages, Bounce rate, Revenue by traffic source, Cost per purchase, Minutes spent on website…
Communication, Social Media and Ads Management.
- Plan and Manage all social media pages: Instagram, meta, twitter, TikTok, snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, google, (posts, likes, reach, competitors benchmark) excludes posting and community management
- Implement Email marketing and analyze results
- Coordinate with ads expert in creating campaigns to generate sales and generate engagement and reach including google ads.
- Improve and manage company branding, increase client engagement and communications with creative social media, email, mobile or local marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate our target customers to identify the social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement.
- Develop Retargeting strategies.
- Calculate the return on ad spent and compare it with the industry average..
- Perform SEO audits through communicating with the web developer

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Advertising or any related field
previous experience in fashion industry is a must.
