Luxurious Residential Towers located in Downtown Beirut are looking for an Electrician to ensure the optimal functioning of the facilities.
The Electrician position consists of installing, maintaining and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. It also ensures that work is done in accordance with applicable codes and that electrical control systems are installed.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances,
apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand
tools, to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem

Inspect electrical systems , equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes

Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures,
using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety of
system

Use various tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices,
power tools, and testing equipment, including ammeters
Qualifications:

TS college degree

Ability to determine the cause of an operating error, decide what to do about them, and repair
machines or systems using the needed tools

The job requires a team player who pays close attention to detail
