Our client, one of Beirut’s most iconic business landmarks, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in Beirut -Lebanon.
The ideal candidate will provide proactive and professional support to the executive by managing schedules, communications, documents, and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests; respond or redirect as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making.
  • Track expenses and prepare reports, reimbursements, and administrative documentation.
  • Draft professional emails, memos, and internal communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Liaise with department heads, staff, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required to support executive efficiency.
  • Anticipate executive needs and act proactively to support decision-making.
  • Handle pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, proactive, and committed to supporting leadership.
