An international trading company located in Beirut, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Accountant to the CEO.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and make travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s personal affairs.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Deputize for the CEO when necessary.
- Handle specific projects at the CEO’s request.
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Education and Experience
- Previous experience working as Personal, Executive or Administrative Assistant + experience in Accounting.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
