A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking an experienced HR & Administrative Officer to join its team at the Ein El Mir office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal processes; assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Support employee engagement activities and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and secure handling of all administrative records in line with confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with external partners, including payroll providers and insurance companies, to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Implement and maintain office protocols and procedures aimed at improving administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Solid understanding of Lebanese labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
