Job Description

A FMCG company available in Zouk Mosbeh is hiring candidates for FMCG Sales Representative roles. The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

– Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.

– Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

– Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Sales Presentations:

– Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to showcase product offerings and demonstrate features.

– Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

– Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to create mutually beneficial deals.

– Successfully close deals and secure commitments from clients.

Sales Reporting:

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.

– Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to the sales manager.

Product Knowledge:

– Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

– Clearly articulate product benefits and demonstrate their value to clients.

Market Research:

– Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

– Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Customer Support:

– Address client issues or concerns post-sale, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of satisfaction.

– Foster long-term partnerships by providing ongoing support and follow-up.

Achieve Sales Targets:

– Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

– A valid driver’s license and access to a car (required for field visits).

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

– Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

 

Location: Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon

 

Working Hours:

– Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM

– Saturday: 9:00 AM till 1:00 PM

 

Salary: Negotiable salary in USD
