Job Description

A leading F&B industry in North Lebanon is looking for Head of Marketing.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Sales Integration: Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to support revenue generation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in sales-driven marketing roles, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth.

Skills

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
