Job Description

A reputable Lebanese Cuisine restaurant located in Batroun is looking for a Head Chef.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness.
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory, manage costs, and order supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Budgeting: Manage kitchen budget and control expenses.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • 8+ years of  experience in the field
  • Lebanese Cuisine / International Cuisine
  • Familiar with food safety
