We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Hostess to join our team at a prestigious fine dining Lebanese restaurant in Riyadh. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Coordinate with the serving staff to manage the flow of guests.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and assist with reservations.
- Monitor and manage the waiting list during peak hours.
- Assist in coordinating private events and special occasions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
