Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Develop and create Job Descriptions by providing candidates with all information needed regarding the role
– Track the daily attendance records & prepare the Monthly Payroll for the company’s team including commission, benefits and transportations
– Register new employees to NSSF ( National Social Security Fund)
– Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company needs and employees to promote a positive work environment.
– Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, sourcing of candidates, selection, interviews and making hiring decisions.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, on performance feedback and goal setting, performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
– Coordinate training to enhance employees’ skills.
– Implement and Oversee performance appraisal and benefit programs for employee’s evaluations.
– Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR systems and records.
– Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
– Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
– Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
