A construction, printing and signs raw material company is hiring an HR Generalist to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create Job Descriptions by providing candidates with all information needed regarding the role

  • Track the daily attendance records & prepare the Monthly Payroll for the company’s team including commission, benefits and transportation

  • Register new employees to NSSF ( National Social Security Fund)

  • Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company needs and employees to promote a positive work environment

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, sourcing of candidates, selection, interviews and making hiring decisions

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, on performance feedback and goal setting, performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

  • Coordinate training to enhance employees’ skills

  • Implement and Oversee performance appraisal and benefit programs for employee’s evaluations

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR systems and records

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Working Hours:
  • Monday till Friday from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM

  • Saturday 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM
