An International Lighting Company headquartered in USA with offices in Cyprus, KSA and Lebanon is hiring an HR Manager join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company needs and employees to promote a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, sourcing of candidates, selection, interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, on performance feedback and goal setting, performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training to enhance employees’ skills.
  • Implement and Oversee performance appraisal and benefit programs for employee’s evaluations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR systems and records.
  • Have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting employee growth and development within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus
