Job Description

Telecommunication Company looking to hire an HR Manager with excellent managerial skills and ability to manage different job requirements coming from different operations at the same time.

 

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Update the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company, mainly raises.
• Select and supervise Human Resources consultants and training specialists, and coordinate company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
• Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs and Monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process.
• Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, and the measurement of training impact.
• Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Conduct periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Conduct investigations when employee complaints or grievances are brought forth.
• Keep the CEO and the executive team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.

 

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. Professional Certification is a plus
Working Experience:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in HR field with at least 3 years holding a managerial position
• Experience in international markets
Other Requirements:
• Positive and pleasant personality able to foster positive rapports between internal partners
• In-depth understanding of local Laws and ability to understand international labour laws
• Knowledge in salary scaling exercises
• Interviewing/communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop HR department staff members
• Excellent organizational & reporting skills
• Intercultural awareness
• High confidentiality
