A Leading International Company looking for HR Specialist to join their team with the below description.
Responsibilities:
1- Assure the effective implementation of HR and organization policies and practices that support the business strategy .
2- Research, analyze and administer human resources programs and services to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate high quality employees in a competitive and cost effective manner.
3- Ensure that employees are informed through adequate and timely communication tools in adherence to policies and procedures.
4- Administration and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and practices through effective compensation and benefits market analyses, meeting the needs and budgets.
5- Ensure proper administration of (contracts, personal files, transfers, necessary forms/documentation and labor books, legal “orders”) and record keeping, provide management with data and trends to support decisions and fulfil all reporting obligations to the authorities as well as HQ.
6- Ensure employee engagement is achieved as a result of proper HR programmes execution
7- Maintains a detailed and accurate knowledge of local labor law and its changes and impact on company employee population.
8-ensures company compliance with local Labor Laws and internal policies at all time.
Qualifications:
work experience: 3 to 5 years proven experience in the HR field
Education: College/University graduate.
