Job Description

A distinguished furnishing solutions company located in Lebanon is looking for a Inventory Controller.

It continues to expand, adapting to market demands while maintaining its responsibilities towards employees, society, and the environment.

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Optimize inventory procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.

 

 

Education and Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role.
  • Mandatory knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM) is a plus

Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturdays

  • 9:00 AM-2:00 pm
