An Architecture firm based in Kuwait City, with global projects in Architecture, Landscape and Interior Design, is currently looking for a Lead Architect, flexible, managing a variety of responsibilities and capable of overseeing projects from conception to completion, to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or participate in the design process from initial sketches to final execution using various software programs.
• Communicate with clients, providing information and updates on designs.
• Conduct research on materials, equipment, landscaping, environment, and site conditions tailored to each project.
• Oversee and ensure the development of design plans from start to finish.
• Coordinate with team members to manage and control project progress consistently.
• Develop procedural design plans, including weight and height considerations.
• Solve design-related challenges and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Utilize architectural software programs to create and refine designs.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Passion and interest in modern and contemporary architecture.
• Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and guide design projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience with architectural design software: AutoCAD, 3D Programs.
• Ability to consistently meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
