Manage and maintain all social media platforms for the assigned artist, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, SnapChat and YouTube
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with the artist’s brand and objectives, ensuring consistent engagement with fans and followers
Film and edit captivating content using mobile devices, capturing live performances, behind-the-scenes moments, and candid interactions
Attend nightlife events, parties, and performances to photograph and videography the artist, showcasing their talent and personality
Collaborate with the artist and internal teams to brainstorm creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, implementing strategies to maximize reach and engagement

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry
Proficiency in filming, editing, and posting content using a phone and popular editing apps such as CapCut
Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio showcasing work in nightlife and event settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills specially in English
Is great at storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content
Enthusiasm for music, nightlife culture, and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
