A leading provider of Digital Printing and Finishing Solutions with a global portfolio of top brands is currently looking for a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- After Sales & Purchasing
- Taking maintenance calls from customers and transferring to the right technician.
- Following up until product is fully repaired.
- Checking warranty on machines.
- Quoting spare parts / repairs / maintenance contracts for clients.
- Quoting supplies.
- Purchasing supplies / spare parts / carepacks - local and international.
- Claims on parts / supplies.
- Reporting to HP.
- Forwarding invoices / credit notes to accounting department, and following up on payments.
- HP accounts payments for spare parts / accreditations (Lebanon / Nigeria).
- Online training when applicable with HP.
- Communication with HP (cases, logistics, ETA…).
- Labor invoices to HP when applicable.
- HP certifications follow up.
- Logistics:
- Shipments in / out / cross.
- Paper work checkup: packing lists, invoices, B/Ls, communicating with supplier for corrections when needed.
- Preparing AWBs for inbound /outbound shipments.
Qualifications

University graduate (Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Import and Export/ Logistics or any related field).

Proficiency in English.

Efficient communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Good computer skills (Microsoft).
