A multinational Cosmetics & Beauty company in UAE is currently looking for a Media Marketing Executive, who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing media marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective promotion of the company’s products or services. He/She should be creative, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of media trends and audience behavior.
Responsibilities
- Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify the most effective media channels (digital, print, TV, radio, etc.) to reach target audiences.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Create, schedule, and manage media campaigns, including social media, email, and advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Monitor trends and audience preferences to optimize social media strategies.
- Advertising and Paid Media:
- Plan and manage media campaigns (e.g., PPC, social media ads, and display ads).
- Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Content Collaboration:
- Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop high-quality, cohesive content for various media channels.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report the performance of all media marketing campaigns.
- Use insights to improve strategies and drive better results.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Use insights to inform media marketing decisions.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets for media marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Provide regular budget performance updates to stakeholders.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and external agencies to enhance the brand’s reach.
- Negotiate contracts and placements to maximize value and exposure.
- Innovation and Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on emerging media trends, technologies, and platforms.
- Implement innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.
- Behavioral Competencies: creativity and innovation, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork, customer-centric focus, problem-solving & brand advocacy.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (verbal, written).
