A Financial Services company headquartered in UAE, is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Lebanon. They provide online trading in forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and UAE-listed stocks. The role includes conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality motion content that supports brand, product, and campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Develop original visual concepts, styles, and storyboards for motion projects.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual ideas, moodboards, and design explorations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to strengthen the brand across all touchpoints.
- Create design assets, layouts, illustrations, and graphics for animation use.
Motion Graphics and Animation
- Produce polished 2D and 3D motion graphics (including After Effects 3D) for campaigns, social media, product demos, explainers, and digital ads.
- Animate, composite, and edit videos with careful attention to pacing, typography, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Deliver visually cohesive motion assets optimized for multiple platforms, including digital, vertical, broadcast, and OOH.
Campaign and Production Support
- Work with designers, art directors, and copywriters to ensure motion content aligns with overall campaign concepts.
- Adapt core visuals into motion variations for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and DOOH.
- Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across all assets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver assets on schedule and support campaign launches.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual communication (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design skills, and polished animation work.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane) is a plus.
- Ability to independently ideate, design, and animate, not just execute pre-made assets.
- Experience on campaigns, brand films, social-first content, or digital products.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (composition, color, typography, branding) and motion principles (timing, transitions, storytelling).
- Knowledge of production workflows, export formats, compression, and aspect ratios.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who works well across creative, marketing, and product teams.
