A Software Solutions company is looking for an Odoo Developer to join their Agile development team.

Odoo Solution Development: Collaborate with the Agile development team to plan, prioritize, and deliver Odoo solutions.
Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and transparent delivery of features and enhancements.
Customization & Maintenance: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on user stories and acceptance criteria, following best practices and coding standards.
Version Control & Code Management: Implement Git version control and branching strategies to manage repositories effectively, supporting collaboration, versioning, and deployment processes.
Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
Performance Optimization: Configure and optimize the Odoo system for performance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging PostgreSQL and Linux deployment expertise.
Technical Documentation: Document technical designs, implementation details, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a focus on Agile development methodologies.
Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework.
Solid understanding of Git version control, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management and SQL queries.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and deployment techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced Agile environment.
