A Fitness House located in Dora- Lebanon is looking for a Personal Trainer to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Conduct initial assessments of clients’ fitness levels, health history, and goals.
– Develop personalized fitness plans based on clients’ needs and objectives.
– Provide individualized instruction and supervision during workouts, ensuring clients perform exercises with proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury and maximize results.
– Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to help clients stay on track and achieve their desired results.
– Ensure the safety of clients by maintaining a clean and organized workout environment, properly maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
– Establish strong rapport and build positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction. Listen to clients’ concerns, questions and feedback.
– Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses.
– Complete necessary administrative tasks; scheduling appointments, tracking client progress, maintaining client records, and updating programs.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Age from: 20 – 30
Gender: Male or Female
Educational Level: High School
University: Bachelor
Field of Study: Physical education or any relevant field
Languages: English and Arabic
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
Certificates: NCSF, ACE, NSCA, IFPA, or NASM
Schedule:
Monday To Saturday
5:45 AM till 2:00 PM
or
Monday To Saturday
11:45 AM till 8:30 PM
