Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR):
– Develop and execute PR strategies that increase brand awareness and strengthen the company’s image.
– Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
– Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
– Coordinate media coverage and handle media inquiries.
– Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance.
– Manage crisis communications when necessary, ensuring the brand’s reputation is protected.
Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
– Create engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
– Monitor, moderate, and respond to customer interactions on social media.
– Track social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
– Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep content fresh and relevant.
Event Planning and Management:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, product launches, webinars, and other promotional activities.
– Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
– Develop event materials, such as invitations, programs, and presentations.
– Ensure events are aligned with the brand’s image and marketing objectives.
– Oversee post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and analysis of success metrics.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure PR, social media, and event activities align with overall business strategies.
– Coordinate with external vendors, media agencies, and event partners to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
Content Creation and Management:
– Write copy for press releases, blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, and other communication materials.
– Develop engaging and shareable content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Influencer and Community Engagement:
– Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand reach and awareness.
– Engage with online communities, responding to comments and building relationships with followers.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in PR, social media management, or event planning.
– Behavioral Competencies: creativity and innovation, Adaptability and Flexibility, attention to detail, strong communication skills, time management and organization, results-driven, problem-solving, collaboration and teamwork & crisis management.
– Proficient in English and Arabic (verbal, written).
