A Printing, Packaging, and Signs Company located in Beirut – Lebanon is looking for an experienced Printing Material Sales Specialist to join their team.
As a Mid-Senior Sales Specialist you will be operating on the Lebanese Market and in the near future on the UAE and Iraqi market. You will be engaging directly with:
– Digital Printing Companies
– Sign Makers
– Copy & Printing Centers
– Window Installer
– Window Films – End User
The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship with existing and new customers, understand their needs and driving growth.
– Using the customer data base and growing the data base to increase the sales.
– Visit existing customers and potential customers every week.
– Coordinate the Window Installer Team with Window Films End Users such as Hospitals, Universities, Schools, Buildings, Malls,…
– Manage full-cycle sales process from lead generation to conversion through multiple sales approaches (called calling, client visits, …)
– Identify and support business development and partnership opportunities.
– You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities.
– Conduct weekly reporting to the managing partners about sales, purchasing projects and opportunities.
– You will work closely with a sales admin to contact outbound leads, manage inbound leads, check on inventory, dispatch material to our partners and support the purchasing department for new inquiries.
– Monitor the sales pipeline and conversion of opportunities.
– Bachelor degree in sales, business, management, international trading.
– 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development and 2+ years in the domain. Having worked in the Sales, Operations or the technical department in a printing house. Having worked in the Sales, Operations or the technical department in a Window and Aluminum manufacturer/Installer.
– Fluent in English (business level) and Arabic.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
– Strong interpersonal skill.
– Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
– (Know how to use an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) an internal software system that help how to run a business, supporting automation and processes in finance, inventory management, accounting … is a bonus)
