A Signage, Display and Visual Communication solutions enterprise is hiring a Production Manager to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.

 Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team.
• Responsible for overseeing the operation of the production house.
• Responsible for planning production schedules according to demand and quality standards and purchasing materials.
• Preparation of schedules for the production team and preparing daily reports.
• Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure orders are processed and completed on time.
• Make sure that promised deliveries are met and flag any potential delay.
• Evaluate suppliers or quality timeliness and match according to goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in production house or printing press.
• Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through effective team management.
• University degree: Bachelor degree.
• Software/Knowhow: Microsoft office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate creative solutions.
